Active Braking Pivot Technology
This mountain bike has suspension technology patented Active Braking Pivot suspension Trek remains active whether you're in or out of the brakes. Signature Other full suspension systems during braking, which reduces your control when you need it most, ABP prevents that and allows the suspension to work freely. When the suspension is active under braking to maintain control, which means you can brake later in a turn. You can also keep better rear wheel traction leather stutter, go faster, and just have more fun.
Dual Rate Control Valve Technology
The Fuel EX 8 has the advantage DCRV, has two independent air chambers that work together to give the consistent use of the entire route and incredible control over the entire journey. This means that you can ride bigger lines, flow through braking bumps with ease, and ride with more control. DRCV fits the volume of air blow depending on the size you are. You get the soft feel small bumps, potholes transparent control on medium and heavy blows to the lower rear wheel hanging, and travel without background in the raw material for great successes seem to disappear.
The framework features Fuel EX 8 EVO Link, the evolution of Trek-style rocker link plate and screw used in most full suspension bikes of a rocker link one piece. This link provides a lighter stronger connection point between the front and rear triangles, creating a stiffer frame for greater control with minimal weight.
The frame also has an E2 tapered head tube, which is the evolution of the traditional 1-1/8 below 1 1/8 "" headset to a tapered head tube, fork, and headset system narrows E2 from 1.5. "Upper headset to provide more material where it matters most, resulting in a stronger structure, control lighter with point-and-shoot.
There are plenty of internal cable routing to give this bike one of the cleanest setups I've ever seen. The frame also has a full float, enclosing the collision of two moving linkage points to better respond to shocks through a wide variety of terrain. It feels like more travel, but it is not. It's smarter to travel.
